Over 30 years, he worked at COMPAÑÍA GENERAL DE ELECTRICIDAD (CGE), eventually becoming responsible for regulation and director of several related companies. He led regulatory initiatives, constantly analyzing the regulatory framework, energy policies, and their effects to establish strategy and guidelines.

Additionally, he managed energy bids for regulated clients.

Currently a professor and Academic Director of Economic Regulation Master's at the Adolfo Ibáñez University, and a member of the Expert Committee appointed by the Ministry of Energy for the reform of the LNG market regulation in Chile.

For over 15 years, he served as the Executive Director of Compañías Eléctricas A. G., actively participating in the regulatory development of the electricity sector.

Lawyer from the Diego Portales University, Master in Economic Regulation from the Adolfo Ibáñez University, and has a Diploma in Economic Administrative Law from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.

His areas of specialization include economic administrative law, regulated markets, energy, and telecommunications.

For over 10 years, he served as the Legal Director of Compañías Eléctricas A.G., handling all legal matters for the Association.
